What you will learn:
Day 1: Earth Element: Foundations - Learn about the foundations of Yin Yoga, Yin vs Yang, The 5 Elements & The 5 Archetypal Energies, Nervous System Regulation, The Stomach & Spleen Connection, Mindfulness, Relationships and embodied practice.
Feel anchored, grounded, and stable.
Day 2: Metal Element: The Bones!- Learn Functional Fun Anatomy & Physiology, Fascianating Facts about Fascia, Posture Clinic, Alignment vs Shape, Melting the Fuzz, Skeletal differences.
Cultivate clarity and emotional calm.
Day 3: Water Element - Depth:
Yin & Yang and the Heart of Taoist Philosophy, Chi, Jing, Qi & Shen, Meridians - The Pathways of Energy, The Kidney & Bladder Connection, Reservoirs of Energy - Acu Points.
Deepen intuition.
Day 4:Wood Element - Teaching Dynamics: Teaching Skills, Practicality, Creative Theming, Business Ethics, Purposeful Practice, The Liver & GallBladder Connection, Wood Element Yin & Qi Gong.

Yes. This training is registered with Yoga Alliance and provides 50 hours of Continuing Education (YACEP) for qualified yoga teachers and students.
