LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

As a registered participant I acknowledge and voluntarily agree to the following Terms, Waiver, and Release, which apply to my participation in the retreat:

1. Changes to Itinerary

The retreat schedule, activities, accommodations, venues, and facilitators are subject to change at any time due to circumstances beyond our control. This may include, but is not limited to, weather conditions, local regulations, venue availability or substitution, transportation disruptions, or unforeseen operational challenges. We reserve the right to substitute venues and make any other necessary adjustments to ensure the overall integrity and experience of the retreat.

2. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, transportation issues, or any other unforeseen events.

3. Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, including flights, visas, insurance, and any required documentation. We are not responsible for missed connections, delays, or additional expenses incurred due to travel disruptions.

4. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended and is the responsibility of each participant. This should cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal belongings, and any unforeseen circumstances.

5. Health, Fitness & Assumption of Risk

By participating, I acknowledge that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to take part in the retreat and all of its activities. I understand that the retreat may involve travel, physical activity, and exposure to environments and conditions that carry inherent risks — including, without limitation, risk of injury, illness, accident, or loss. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and take full responsibility for my own well-being throughout the retreat.

6. Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Bree Naomee Skoczek, the retreat team, facilitators, hosts, and their respective agents, employees, and affiliates (the“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or causes of action of any kind — whether arising from negligence or otherwise — relating to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or inconvenience sustained during or as a result of the retreat. This release is binding on me and on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

7. Payments & Refunds

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. We understand that life can shift unexpectedly:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event start date will receive a refund of any payments made above the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

• In place of a refund, your payment may be transferred as credit toward a future training or retreat, with no expiry and subject to availability.

8. Participant Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the group experience, without refund.

9. Acknowledgement of Terms

As a registered participant, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms, this Waiver, and this Release. I understand that this document provides additional coverage and applies to my participation regardless of my prior registration or payment.
